[Astana, Kazakhstan] - On 13 February 2024, the Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) Secretariat solemnly hosted the signing of the Tribute and Memorial Book in honor of the late Ambassador Askar Mussinov, the esteemed Director General of IOFS. Ambassador Mussinov's passing on 10 February 2024, has deeply grieved the international diplomatic community.
