Arab News: KSrelief extends training, water, health projects in Yemen

In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has announced the extension of its support programs for vulnerable populations in Yemen, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency. Initiatives include a life-skills program for orphans and women in Taiz and Hadramout, encompassing sewing, business management, and mobile phone maintenance. In Aden, a training program on community cohesion, in collaboration with the UN Development Programme, focused on peace committees and conflict resolution. Furthermore, KSrelief distributed food parcels to thousands in Aden and provided personal hygiene bags to displaced individuals in Hodeidah. Collaborative efforts with civil society organizations involve digging wells in Taiz and constructing water tanks in Socotra to improve access to clean water for local communities.
