The Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) is pleased to announce the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with two prominent international organizations, the D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation and the DIHAD Conference and Exhibition - Dubai International Humanitarian Aid & Development (DIHAD), on the sidelines of the 2nd IOFS High-Level Forum in Doha, Qatar.
The MoUs, signed during a momentous ceremony held during the 2nd IOFS High-Level Forum, signify a significant step forward in strengthening collaboration and cooperation between IOFS, D-8, and DIHAD in addressing critical global challenges, particularly those related to food security, humanitarian aid, and sustainable development.
The Chairman of IOFS HE Dr.Masoud Jarallah Al-Marri , and DIHAD Executive Chairman, HE Ambassador Abdul Al Salam Al Madani were present at the signing ceremony, highlighting their commitment to working together to make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of people around the world.
Key highlights of the MoUs include:
1. Food Security and Agricultural Cooperation: The MoU signed between IOFS and D-8 will foster enhanced cooperation in the fields of food security and agriculture.
