FUNDS FOR NGOS: USAID Enabling Environment for Climate Resilience Activity (EECRA) Program – Bangladesh

The USAID Enabling Environment for Climate Resilience Activity (EECRA) Program in Bangladesh aims to strengthen policies and governance structures conducive to climate resilience and net-zero emissions. It seeks to catalyze long-term systemic shifts through policy development, technology transfer, climate research, and scaling climate actions. The program will be funded up to $15 million over five years and will focus on three main objectives: catalyzing climate-positive shifts in the policy landscape, transforming economic and financial systems, and enhancing governance and citizen engagement. Eligible entities include NGOs, educational organizations, universities, and public international organizations.
